Lakeside estate at dusk with warm glass walls and a calm lake reflecting the sky

Cedarview House · Kelowna, BC

A Menu Shaped by the Lake

Seasonal ingredients, refined technique, and the calm of the lakeside estate. The menu changes with the seasons to reflect the best of the Okanagan, and dishes are designed to be shared and savoured in a relaxed, elegant setting.

The Table

Rooted in the Okanagan

Our kitchen celebrates the region's bounty, from lake to orchard to farm.

We work closely with local growers, fishers, and foragers to build a menu that changes with the seasons. Each dish reflects the moment, balancing classic technique with a contemporary Canadian sensibility. The result is a table that feels both grounded in place and quietly ambitious.

Rather than a fixed list, the menu evolves as ingredients reach their peak. That means a visit in early summer may feature tender greens and first berries, while autumn brings orchard fruit, root vegetables, and richer, slower preparations.

Local Partnerships

From Our Neighbours

We build relationships with Okanagan farmers, fishers, and artisans. Produce is delivered daily from nearby farms, fish is sourced from sustainable lake and ocean fisheries, and breads and pastries are baked in-house.

These partnerships are not just about quality; they are about knowing the people and the land behind every plate. When you dine with us, you are tasting a specific place and a particular season.
